How we work
Every glass company says quality and service. These are the specific commitments behind that, written plainly enough that you can hold us to them.

Rain sensors, acoustic glass, heated wiper areas and camera brackets all change the part. We check against your VIN before quoting, not after arriving.

If your vehicle needs its camera recalibrated, that is in the quote from the start. A cheaper number that omits it is not cheaper, it is incomplete.

If there is nowhere dry and the adhesive will not cure properly, we move the appointment. A rescheduled job beats a warranty claim.

If the chip is repairable, we say so, and repair is a fraction of the price. We would rather have the smaller job and the next one.

The shop address is 7919 Lake June Rd, Dallas, TX 75217. Very little of the work actually happens there. Most days the vans are out at houses in Garland, office lots in Irving, job sites in Grand Prairie and driveways all over the city, because mobile is not a side offering here, it is the whole model.
Dealer Auto Glass Dallas is part of a wider group. Dealer Auto Glass in Arizona is the parent operation and there is a sister company in Denver. If you break down outside Texas, that network is worth knowing about.
We are reachable seven days a week by appointment. If you are on the edge of the map, ask anyway. The radius keeps widening, and the honest answer to whether we can reach you is usually yes.

If a leak, a wind noise or a stress crack traces back to how the glass was installed, we come back out and put it right. No hunting for a receipt, no argument about whose fault it was. That is the whole policy.
Covers the installation for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers our work, which is the part we control.
An enrollment program for returning customers and households running more than one vehicle. Ask what it covers when you book, since it depends on the work.
We work with claims, and we will tell you plainly when filing one is not worth it against your deductible.
Weekends included, at the same rate as a Tuesday. Glass does not only break on business days.
